This is an advanced notification regarding future changes planned for the Guild Recruitment forums here on OpenRaid. These changes are planned to go live within the next few weeks. This post will be updated when an exact date for the enforcement of these new policies is known.
NOTE: All current recruitment topics that are older than 14 days will be removed by the system; please save a local copy or use the forum's PM system to draft the recruitment post content prior to this change.
CHANGES:
-To post a guild recruitment topic a minimum of 10 forum posts is required.
-All guild recruitment topics will be locked upon posting, therefore you cannot "bump" a recruitment post. The original post will be editable to allow for changes.
-All topics will be deleted after 14 days. You are free to create a new topic once the previous topics is removed by the system.
-Only 1 topic per guild is allowed at any one time.
The aim is to provide an up-to-date recruitment system with very limited user input required. All information should be valid at all times resulting in a smoother recruitment process for users looking for new guilds.
