if I break it down in the different expansions, I'd say the following:

Classic: only have a few bosses that I hate there, but I'm going for AQ40. Way too big.
BC: Serpentshrine Cavern: as beautifull as it was, I hate the water and the birth of the elevator boss.
WotLK: ToC by far for reasons stated above
Cata: TotFW on heroic, only two bosses, but hard as hell, even now.

I finally got the opportunity to do To(G)C, found it totally uninteresting!

Have to disagree with Disq, SSC had a really beautiful design and awesome endboss!

Sounds like you did not do it when it was buggy as hell in 2.0.

Mind control, shiver....

and I hate water, I don't like to swim either, although a shower is really nice (especially extreme cold and extreme hot showers). But the biggest thing I hate about SSC is the elevator boss, I think I died 20 times because of it.

Knowing full well that our tank would DC on patchwerk every week and cause us to fail [The Immortal]. Still no idea why we never replaced him. (Oh yeah, cross realm raiding didn't exist!)

We had something not too far off happen during our Immortal attempt.

One of our DKs d/c'd on Thaddius. I don't think I need to elaborate on how bad that was.
